Terms and Conditions

The Hotel Voucher is valid for three (3) years from the date of issue and is non-refundable.
Bookings must be made directly with the Sofitel Sydney Wentworth  Reservations team on (+61) 2 9228 9188 and advising of the use of the gift voucher.
Redemption of a gift voucher is subject to availability at the time of booking.

Gift Voucher – Delivery & Redemption Terms

To protect our guests and help prevent fraudulent transactions, all gift voucher purchases are subject to a verification period.

• Gift vouchers will be issued and delivered within three (3) business days following successful payment and verification.
• Gift vouchers are not available for immediate use and cannot be redeemed until they have been issued and activated by the hotel.
• Purchases made outside of business days, including weekends and public holidays, will be processed on the next business day.
• Sofitel Sydney Wentworth reserves the right to delay, refuse, or cancel the issuance of any gift voucher where fraudulent or suspicious activity is suspected.

By purchasing a gift voucher, the purchaser acknowledges and agrees to these terms.

The original gift voucher must be presented at Sofitel Sydney Wentworth.
The gift voucher will not be extended past its validity date. The gift voucher amount is not transferrable, cannot be redeemed for cash and the full amount must be redeemed on a single occasion.
No credit or change can be given on unused amounts.
Should the total spend be more than the value of the gift voucher, Sofitel Sydney Wentworth will charge the credit card used upon check-in for the difference.
Terms & Conditions of the actual booking depend on the rate chosen by the recipient upon redeeming their gift voucher with the Reservations team.
