- Bookings must be made directly with the Sofitel Sydney Wentworth Reservations team on (+61) 2 9228 9188 or email wentworth.dining@sofitel.com, advising that you will be redeeming a gift voucher
- Redemption of a gift voucher is subject to availability at the time of booking.
- The original gift voucher must be presented at Sofitel Sydney Wentworth.
- The gift voucher will not be extended past its validity date.
- The gift voucher amount is not transferrable, cannot be redeemed for cash and the full amount must be redeemed on a single occasion.
- No credit or change can be given on unused amounts.
- Should the total spend be more than the value of the gift voucher, Sofitel Sydney Wentworth will charge the credit card used upon check-in for the difference.
- Terms & Conditions of the actual booking depend on the rate chosen by the recipient upon redeeming their gift voucher with the Reservations team.
